Accessibility – the CSR is a system that allows care workers to upload their recruitment requirements on a portal which can be accessed at anytime and anywhere. This means that care workers can permit potential employers, customers, relatives or other professionals; to access their information and skills without being present or without a pile of paper work.
Work ready work force – the system prompts care workers to update their skills and qualifications. This means care workers are always up to date with relevant and mandatory skills and qualifications
Safe and Secure – the Careskills Register is a secure system with encryption which means customers data is secure. Also, the system is operates using a unique username/password which is known only to the applicant/care worker. Whilst potential employers and clients/professionals can view care workers the applicants’ information can be edited or updated by the applicant only,
Speedy – employers can save time on requesting information such as DBS, References, National Insurance, Passport and Training Certificates; as the information can easily be accessed through the recruitment process.
